Simple yet elegant, this recipe brings out delicious summer flavors of pears and is perfect as a brunch side dish. It also will make a great impression at your next party.
- 4-5 pears, sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted walnuts, chopped (or other nuts)
- 1/4 cup gorgonzola, feta or blue cheese, crumbled
- Antelope Creek Farm Dressing and Cooking Sauce, such as Pear or Apricot
Layer sliced pears on a serving platter. Sprinkle with nuts and cheese. Drizzle Antelope Creek Farm Dressing and Cooking Sauce over pears and serve.
